Orders & Payments
How do I place an order? +
Browse the shop, add a product to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your details and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation immediately.
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept card payments, bank transfer and USSD via Paystack and Flutterwave. You can also pay with your Gemezu Wallet balance.
Is my payment safe? +
Yes. All payments go through Paystack or Flutterwave — licensed Nigerian payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
My payment failed — what do I do? +
Try again or use a different card or payment method. If money left your account but the order was not confirmed, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your bank reference.
Digital Products
How do I get my digital product after purchase? +
Digital products are available immediately after payment. Go to My Account → Downloads to access your files. You will also receive an email with the download link.
My download link is not working +
Download links expire after 48 hours or 3 downloads. If yours has expired, contact us on WhatsApp and we will reset it for you.
Can I get a refund on a digital product? +
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as the product has been delivered. If there is a genuine issue with the product, contact us and we will review it.
Affiliate Program
How does the affiliate program work? +
Go to your account and click Affiliate. Generate a referral link for any product. Share the link. When someone buys through your link, you earn a commission that is credited to your wallet automatically.
How do I withdraw my earnings? +
Go to Affiliate → Withdraw, enter your bank details and the amount, and submit. Your wallet is debited immediately. The admin will send the money manually and mark your request as paid.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount? +
The minimum withdrawal amount is set by admin. Check your affiliate dashboard to see the current minimum.
Account & Security
How do I create an account? +
Click Register at the top of the page, enter your name, email and password. That is all — you can start shopping immediately.
I forgot my password +
Click Sign In then Forgot Password. Enter your email and we will send you a reset link.
How do I fund my wallet? +
Go to My Account → Wallet → Fund Wallet. Enter the amount and complete payment. Your wallet will be credited immediately after payment confirmation.
