Gemezu Store offers both digital and physical products. Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided. Product descriptions are provided in good faith, but we encourage you to review all details before purchasing.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed through Paystack or Flutterwave. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. All sales are subject to availability.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. For physical products, requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us through WhatsApp or the contact page to initiate a return.
Users who participate in our affiliate program agree to promote products honestly and ethically. Commission rates are set by Gemezu Store. We reserve the right to reject commissions for fraudulent or suspicious referrals. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take up to 5 business days.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may not use Gemezu Store to engage in fraud, spam, money laundering, or any activity that violates Nigerian law. You may not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our platform in any way.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Gemezu Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.
